Refer a friend and you could be rewarded

We're passionate about helping people understand how important it is to regularly check their hearing health. Simply visit your Amplifon home clinic to get a referral voucher that you can share with your friends and family. Once they've booked and attended their appointment with us, you could both receive a $50 e-gift card to spend at one of over 100 retailers or charities. You can refer up to 5 friends aged 60 or over, earning up to $250 in rewards, plus each friend receives a $50 e-gift card!

Make sure you follow these steps below!

Step 1

If you have family or friends that you know can benefit from a FREE hearing test, let them know they can get their hearing checked at Amplifon and receieve a $50 e-voucher!

Step 2

Get them to book their FREE hearing test at any of our 350+ clinics nationwide. When attending the appointment, ensure your friend or loved one can provide your full name and phone number! Your friend must also provide their email address or phone number to be able to receive their reward.

Step 3

Our Amplifon clinic will submit your details for processing and you will receive your e-voucher via your registered email. And you're good to go!

AmpliRewards Terms and Conditions

“Ambassador” will refer to an existing Amplifon customer, “Friend” will refer to the referred person who is not an existing Amplifon customer
Ambassador can refer up to 5 Friends.
Friend can only be referred by one Ambassador.
$50 e-voucher is issued within 14 days of the Friend completing an eligible appointment and providing Ambassador’s full name and phone number OR unique client code
Eligible appointment includes screening or advanced hearing assessment.
Appointment may be subject to triage and is not guaranteed.
Ambassador and Friend must provide a valid mobile number or email address to keep on file in order to receive e-voucher.
Friend must be new to Amplifon (no appointment attended within the previous 2 years) and over the age of 60.
Amplifon Group staff members are not eligible to receive a $50 e-voucher.

The e-voucher cannot be redeemable for cash.
