AmpliRewards is a referral promotion where existing Amplifon customers can refer eligible friends to Amplifon and, if the required conditions are met, both the customer and their friend can receive a $50 e-gift card. The program is available nationwide at participating Amplifon clinics, excluding Amplifon Retail stores, and is subject to terms and conditions.
An existing Amplifon customer refers a friend aged 60+ and asks them to mention the customer’s full name and phone number or unique client code when booking or attending their appointment. The friend must then complete the hearing test journey, starting with a 15-minute hearing screening and, if hearing loss is identified, a 60-minute hearing assessment with an Audiologist.
The referred friend must be over 60 years old and new to Amplifon, meaning they must not have attended an appointment with Amplifon within the previous 2 years. A friend can only be referred by one Ambassador.
The referrer, or ‘Ambassador,’ must be an existing Amplifon customer. Amplifon Group staff members are not eligible to receive the $50 e-voucher.
An Ambassador can refer up to 5 friends under the AmpliRewards program.
The $50 e-voucher is issued within 30 days of the friend all four steps in the program – link their profile to an ambassador at time of appointment, complete a hearing screening and a hearing assessment. It may take up to 4 weeks to be processed from the date of completing the steps above.
Your friend must be over 60, be new to Amplifon, provide your full name and phone number or your unique client code, and complete the eligible hearing journey. The eligible appointment refers to the advanced hearing assessment, which may be subject to triage and is not guaranteed.
The screening appointment is the first step in the hearing journey and helps determine whether a more detailed hearing assessment is needed. The screening helps us determine the most appropriate next step for each person, and not everyone referred will progress to an advanced hearing assessment.
The referral journey starts with a 15-minute hearing screening. If hearing loss is identified, the next step may be a 60-minute hearing assessment with an Audiologist.
If hearing loss is not identified at screening, you may not progress to the advanced hearing assessment stage. Because the reward mechanic is tied to completion of the eligible appointment and a hearing loss result in the advanced hearing assessment, the e-voucher would not be issued in that case.
Yes, once the eligibility requirements are met, both the Ambassador and the referred friend are eligible for a $50 e-gift card. The voucher is issued after the friend completes the eligible appointment and has a hearing loss result in the advanced hearing assessment.
To link the referral correctly, the friend must provide the Ambassador’s full name and phone number or unique client code at the time of their appointment. Both the Ambassador and the friend must also have a valid mobile number or email address on file to receive the e-voucher.
If the friend does not provide the Ambassador’s details or unique client code at the time of the appointment, Amplifon may not be able to link the referral to the Ambassador’s profile. That means the reward may not be issued.

Your $50 e-voucher can be redeemed through GiftPay and used with a wide range of participating retailers, including examples such as Coles, Myer, Target, Apple, Amazon and Catch. Depending on the retailer you choose, the voucher may be used online, in store, or both.
If you prefer, you can also choose to donate the value to a participating charity through GiftPay instead of spending it on retail purchases. The full list of available retailers, charities, and any brand-specific conditions can be viewed on the GiftPay website.
The e-voucher cannot be redeemed for cash. It can only be used at participating merchants, and those merchants may have their own terms, conditions, and expiry periods.
Yes, Amplifon reserves the right to change or end the program without prior notice.
Vouchers may take up to 4 weeks to be processed after the eligible hearing assessment is completed. If you have not received your e-voucher within 4 weeks, you should contact Amplifon for assistance.
No. A Friend can only be referred by one Ambassador under the program rules.
The referral must be linked using the Ambassador’s full name and phone number or unique client code at the time of the appointment. If the details are missing or incorrect, Amplifon may not be able to match the referral and the reward may not be issued.

If 4 weeks have passed since the eligible hearing assessment and you still have not received your e-voucher, please contact Amplifon. Both the Ambassador and the Friend must also have a valid mobile number or email address on file to receive the e-voucher.
