If you've been referred by a friend you could both be rewarded

We're passionate about helping people understand how important it is to regularly check their hearing health. If you've been referred to Amplifon by a friend, once you've booked and attended an appointment with us you and the person who referred you could receive a $50 e-voucher to spend at one of over 100 retailers or charities. Amplifon customers can refer up to 5 friends aged 60 or over, earning up to $250 in rewards.

 

Make sure you follow these steps below!

Step 1

Book a FREE hearing test at your local Amplifon clinic!

Step 2

Ensure you provide the full name and phone number of the friend that reffered you at your appointment.

Step 3

Our Amplifon clinic will submit your details for processing and you and your friend will receive your e-voucher via your registered email. You can enjoy spending your voucher at over 100 retailers and charities!

Attend your appointment and be rewarded

Book and attend your appointment and both you and the person who referred you will receive a $50 e-Gift Card! It’s our way of saying thanks to our valued customers, and helping more Australians take control of their hearing health.

*Both parties must provide a valid mobile number or email address to be eligible. The referred person must be new to Amplifon and over the age of 18. Amplifon reserves the right to change or end the program without notice.



Terms and Conditions

  • “Ambassador” will refer to an existing Amplifon customer, “Friend” will refer to the referred person who is not an existing Amplifon customer
  • Ambassador can refer up to 5 Friends.
  • Friend can only be referred by one Ambassador.
  • $50 e-voucher is issued within 45 days of the Friend completing an eligible appointment and providing Ambassador’s full name and phone number OR unique client code
  • Eligible appointment includes screening or advanced hearing assessment. 
  • Appointment may be subject to triage and is not guaranteed. 
  • Ambassador and Friend must provide a valid mobile number or email address to keep on file in order to receive e-voucher. 
  • Friend must be new to Amplifon (no appointment attended within the previous 2 years and no purchase of hearing aid from Amplifon within the previous 8 years) and over the age of 60. 
  • Amplifon Group staff members are not eligible to receive a $50 e-voucher.
  • Limited to participating clinics (National Hearing Centres Pty Ltd) only. To see the full list of excluded Amplifon stores, please see point 14 in our full terms and conditions.
  • The e-voucher cannot be redeemable for cash.
  • Usage of the e-voucher at participating merchants only and each have their own terms, conditions and expiry, see https://www.giftpay.com.au/business/egifts.asp.
