If you've been referred by a friend you could both be rewarded

We're passionate about helping people understand how important it is to regularly check their hearing health. If you've been referred to Amplifon by a friend, once you've attended both a hearing screening and hearing assessment with us you and the person who referred you could receive a $50 e-voucher* to spend at one of over 100 retailers or charities. Amplifon customers can refer up to 5 friends aged 60 or over, earning up to $250 in rewards.

 

Make sure you follow these steps below!

Step 1

Be refered by a friend who is an Amplifon client. Make sure you know your friend's Amplifon client code or mobile number as a reference. You must be new to Amplifon*.

Step 2

You must start with a quick 15-minute hearing screening. If hearing loss is identified, you will be eligible to proceed to the next step. In no hearing loss identified, you will not be eligible to proceed to the next step.

Step 3

You must attend a 60-minute complete hearing assessment.

Step 4

Once the hearing assessment is completed, you and the person that refered you will be eligible for the $50 e-gift card. Vouchers may take up to 4 weeks to be processed.

Attend your appointment and be rewarded

Attend both a hearing screening and hearing assessment appointment. Both you and the person who referred you will receive a $50 e-Gift Card! It’s our way of saying thanks to our valued customers and helping you take control of your hearing health*

Terms and Conditions

  • “Ambassador” will refer to an existing Amplifon customer, “Friend” will refer to the referred person who is not an existing Amplifon customer
  • Ambassador can refer up to 5 Friends. Friend can only be referred by one Ambassador. 
  • Ambassador and friend will receive $50 each person, when the Friend does all of the following:
  1. LINK TO AMBASSADOR: The Friend provides the Ambassador’s full name and phone number, or unique client code, at the time attending the appointment so the referral can be linked to the Ambassador’s profile
  2. ATTEND SCREENING: The Friend attends an initial 15-min hearing screening at a participating Amplifon clinic. If no hearing loss is identified, you will not be eligible to proceed to the next step. If hearing loss is identified, you will be eligible to proceed to the next step.
  3. ATTEND ASSESSMENT: The Friend must attend a full hearing assessment.
  • Hearing assessment is subject to screening appointment completed with hearing loss and is not guaranteed.
  • Friend must provide Ambassador’s full name and phone number OR unique client code at the time of their appointment to be linked to Ambassador’s profile.
  • Ambassador and Friend must provide a valid mobile number or email address to keep on file in order to receive e-voucher. 
  • Friend must be new to Amplifon (no appointment attended within the previous 2 years) and over the age of 60. 
  • Amplifon Group staff members are not eligible to receive a $50 e-voucher.
  • The e-voucher cannot be redeemable for cash.
  • Usage of the e-voucher at participating merchants only and each have their own terms, conditions and expiry, see https://www.giftpay.com.au/business/egifts.asp. 
  • Amplifon reserves the right to change or end the program without prior notice.
