These terms and conditions set out some general terms and conditions that apply to all promotions (directly below), as well as terms and conditions which apply to each individual promotion.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

  • To be eligible for these promotions, payment of the hearing aids must be made at time of fitting. 
  • Standard manufacturer warranty conditions apply to any hearing aids purchased. Amplifon will provide an additional two years of coverage for all eligible hearing aids purchased on or after 3 March 2026.
  • To the extent permitted by law Amplifon can amend, vary, suspend or terminate these terms and conditions with 14 days’ notice. 
  • All offers are available in conjunction with Humm payment plans. Humm terms and conditions apply – see https://www.shophumm.com.au/terms-and-conditions. 
  • Discount offers are not available with any other offer. 
  • The promotions are not available to Amplifon employees in combination with existing benefits. 
  • Conditions apply under the Australian Government Hearing Services Program.

 

(1) Hearing test free of charge (screening) for everyone 18 years and over: 

  • Amplifon is offering hearing tests free of charge to everyone 18 years and over 
  • This is a basic screening check to determine if hearing loss is present. 
  • We may recommend an advanced hearing assessment. Clients eligible for full or partial reimbursement under the Australian Government Hearing Services Program will be funded for this advanced hearing assessment appointment so there is no cost to the client. Conditions apply to clients under the Australian Government Hearing Services Program. 

 

(2) Fully funded or subsidised hearing aids with the Australian Government Hearing Services Program 

  • Amplifon will check your eligibility for fully funded hearing aids and services through the Australian Government Hearing Services Program (HSP). 
  • Eligibility criteria applies. 
  • Conditions apply to clients under the Australian Government Hearing Services Program.  
  • Amplifon always offer a fully funded hearing aid solution under the HSP funded hearing aids.

  

(3) 30-day money-back guarantee 

  • Hearing aids may be exchanged for other products (of the same or lesser value), or may be returned for a refund, within 30 days of purchase. 
  • Amplifon reserves the right to refuse to exchange or refund hearing aids where the hearing aid (including its parts) have not been returned or have been damaged or lost. 
  • Any refund paid will be the amount paid by the client only, which will not include any discounts or funders’ contributions (e.g. Australian Government Hearing Services Program Department of Veterans’ Affairs, Work Cover or Insurance contributions). 

  

(4) Fully funded or subsidised Assistive Listening Devices under the Australian Government Hearing Services Program 

  • Amplifon offers a range of Assistive Listening Devices for purchase.  
  • Devices include: Audeara Bundle, Audio Maxi Pro (Earphones), Audio Maxi Pro (Headphones), Momentum True, Wireless 2-Black, Momentum True Wireless 2-White, Sennheiser RS 195 
  • Amplifon will check your eligibility for fully funded or subsidised assisted listening devices and services through the Australian Government Hearing Services Program (HSP). 
  • Eligibility criteria apply. 
  • Conditions apply to clients under the Australian Government Hearing Services Program. 
  • Amplifon always offer a fully funded hearing aid solution under the HSP. You may also choose to top-up (contribute an out-of-pocket amount) to the next level of technology from the HSP funding.

 

(5) Humm Interest free payment plan  

  • Amplifon is offering flexible interest free payment plans through Humm.

(6) Free Trial up to 30 days 

  • Free trial is subject to a hearing assessment with hearing loss identified 
  • If the hearing aid/s are damaged or not returned, Amplifon reserves the right to charge the client up to 100% of the value of the device/s. 
  • Trial is for up to 30 days. 
  • Free trial excludes devices fully subsidised by the Hearing Services Program 
  • 30-day trial begins on the date of the fitting. 
  • Amplifon remain the owner of the hearing aid/s during the trial period and until such time they are paid in full. 
  • The client may not reassign, transfer and/or sell the hearing devices.
  • The client agrees to follow instructions provided by Amplifon for the proper use of the hearing aids:
    o Use the hearing device/s solely for the purpose for which they are intended to be used.
    o Properly store the hearing device/s in their storage container provided by Amplifon, when not in use.
    o Not do any act which is likely to damage or alter the condition of the hearing device/s.

  

(7)  Maintenance – at no cost to you 

  • To qualify, the customer must become or must be an Amplifon customer. 
  • Offer applies only to those eligible for the Australian Government Hearing Services Program or clients that have received a letter, call or flyer from Amplifon with the details of this offer. 
  • Amplifon will waive the out-of-pocket amount for a maintenance plan that the client would otherwise be required to pay. 
  • The maintenance will be renewed for 12 months from the month the maintenance voucher agreement expires, and the client must sign the appropriate documentation to activate this offer. 
  • If a client chooses to enter into a maintenance agreement, Amplifon will provide the following for 12 months:
    o A reasonable quantity of batteries and other consumables.
    o Service, clean and repair of their hearing device/s. 

  

(8) Advanced Hearing Assessment (also known as a Comprehensive Hearing Assessment) at no cost to you

  • Amplifon is offering advanced hearing assessment free of charge for select customers. 
  • To qualify, the client must have received a letter, call, email, flyer, partnership offer or filled in your contact details on specific digital advertising from Amplifon.  
  • Advanced hearing assessment must be booked by 30th September. 
  • Clients eligible for full or partial reimbursement under the Australian Government Hearing Services Program will be funded the appointment so there is no cost to the client. Conditions apply to clients under the Australian Government Hearing Services Program.  
  • Customers must be 18 years and older to be eligible for this offer. 

  

(9) AmpliRewards

  • “Ambassador” will refer to an existing Amplifon customer, “Friend” will refer to the referred person who is not an existing Amplifon customer
  • Ambassador can refer up to 5 Friends. 
  • Friend can only be referred by one Ambassador. 
  • Ambassador and friend will receive $50 each person, when the Friend does all of the following:
  1. LINK TO AMBASSADOR: The Friend provides the Ambassador’s full name and phone number, or unique client code, at the time attending the appointment so the referral can be linked to the Ambassador’s profile.
  2. ATTEND SCREENING: The Friend attends an initial 15-min hearing screening at a participating Amplifon clinic. If no hearing loss is identified, you will not be eligible to proceed to the next step. If hearing loss is identified, you will be eligible to proceed to the next step.
  3. ATTEND ASSESSMENT: The Friend must attend a full hearing assessment.
  • Hearing assessment is subject to screening appointment completed with hearing loss and is not guaranteed.
  • Friend must provide Ambassador’s full name and phone number OR unique client code at the time of their appointment to be linked to Ambassador’s profile.
  • Ambassador and Friend must provide a valid mobile number or email address to keep on file in order to receive e-voucher.

  • For HSP customers, 10% discount will apply to the balance owing on Eligible Products once any applicable HSP funding is applied.

(12) EOFY 2026 Promotion 

Offer Period:

  • Start: 12.01am AEST on 01/06/26
  • End: 11.59pm AEST on 30/06/26

Offer:

  • Individuals who purchase an Eligible Hearing Device (defined below) from an Amplifon Clinic in Australia during the Offer Period will receive a discount on that device (see Eligible Devices and Discounts for details) and may also choose to upgrade to Amplifon’s four-year Care and Protection Package at a reduced price.
     

Eligibility:

  • Offer is open to new and existing Amplifon customers.
  • Customers funded under the Australian Government Hearing Services Program (“HSP”) may take advantage of the offer only where they elect to purchase a device as a private sale, outside their HSP entitlement.
  • The offer is valid for one fitting per customer during the Offer Period.
  • Not valid with Work Cover, insurance fitting claims and/or other offer/s.

Participating Amplifon Clinics:

  • The Eligible Hearing Device discount is available at all Amplifon clinics in Australia.
  • Care and Protection Package entitlements vary between Amplifon clinics and Amplifon Retail clinics (Bay Audio Pty Ltd trading as Amplifon Retail). The relevant entitlements applicable to each are outlined below.

Eligible Devices and Discounts:

  • Eligible Hearing Devices are hearing devices supplied by GN ReSound, Oticon, APL powered by GN ReSound and APL powered by Oticon at technology levels 2+ (Smart+), 3 (Active), 4 (Advanced), 5 (Excellence) and 5+ (Excellence+).
  • Discounts of up to 25% apply and vary by technology level. Ask in-clinic for details.
  • The percentage discounts apply to a binaural fitting (a pair of devices, one for each ear). Where a customer purchases a monaural fitting (a single device for one ear only), the discount available is half the percentage shown.
  • All savings are calculated against Amplifon’s recommended retail price (RRP) for the relevant device at the time of purchase.

AMPLIFON - Care and Protection Package Upgrade

  • With the purchase of an Eligible Hearing Device, customers can choose to upgrade to Amplifon’s four-year Premium Care and Protection Package (“Package”) at a reduced price throughout June only.
  • The package cannot be added to a previous purchase, purchased separately, or transferred to another person or device.
  • Pricing for the Care and Protection Package upgrade varies depending on the device technology level selected and whether the fitting is monaural or binaural. For further details, ask in-clinic.
  • The Package runs for four (4) years from the date the package is purchased. Over that period, it provides:
    o a clean and check appointment at an Amplifon clinic in Australia, including cleaning the devices with alcohol swabs, checking that they are in good working order, and changing or replacing tubes, domes or receivers as required – once every six (6) months;
    o a 30-minute appointment with an Amplifon audiologist at an Amplifon clinic in Australia, including a hearing test, resetting or readjustment of the devices in the event of a change in hearing, and the change or replacement of tubes, domes or receivers as required – once a year;
    o 15-minute telehealth appointments with an Amplifon audiologist, conducted by telephone, for matters reasonably relating to the Eligible Hearing Device purchased under the Package - these are not a substitute for an in-clinic assessment where one is clinically indicated – once every six (6) months;
    o a replacement device entitlement if a device is lost, damaged or otherwise needs replacing, with a 100% discount on the device’s RRP during the two (2) years of the Package, and a 40% discount on the device’s RRP during the third and fourth years;
      §  The replacement device entitlement is limited to one replacement per device per Package lifetime (4 years).
      §  The replacement will be a new device of the same or lower technology level (and, where available, from the same manufacturer).
    o a 30% discount on Amplifon-branded and Amplifon-supplied hearing device accessories purchased from an Amplifon clinic in Australia for the duration of the Package (the discount does not apply to hearing devices themselves, to third-party retail purchases, or to items already on sale or otherwise discounted);
    o for rechargeable devices, an Amplifon device charger; or for battery-operated (non-rechargeable) devices, a supply of batteries capped at a maximum of ten packs of batteries per year for the duration of the Package;
    o a complimentary AmpliDry unit to store, dehumidify and clean the devices; and
    o priority repair turnaround for Package holders, with a loan device made available where reasonably possible while devices are sent away for repair (subject to manufacturer turnaround times, parts availability and clinic loan stock).

AMPLIFON RETAIL: Loss & Damage Protection Package Upgrade

  • With the purchase of an Eligible Hearing Device, customers can choose to upgrade to Amplifon’s four-year Loss & Protection Package (“Package”) at a reduced price.
  • The Package must be purchased within June and applied to the hearing device/s purchased under this Offer. It cannot be added to a previous purchase, purchased separately, or transferred to another person or device.
  • Pricing for the Package upgrade varies depending on the device technology level selected and whether the fitting is monaural or binaural. For further details, ask in-clinic.
  • The Package runs for four (4) years from the date the Package is purchased.
  • Over that period, it provides a replacement device entitlement if a device is lost, damaged or otherwise needs replacing, with a 100% discount on the device’s RRP during the two (2) years of the Package, and a 40% discount on the device’s RRP during the third and fourth years.
  • Only one claim (whether binaural or monaural) per Package lifetime (4 years) can be submitted for the replacement device entitlement.
  • The replacement will be a new device of the same or lower technology level (and, where available, from the same manufacturer).
  • The customer must return to the Amplifon Retail store location of purchase to redeem entitlements under the Package. If this is not possible, the customer must contact the original store of purchase for further instructions.

 

  • All services included in the Package must be booked in advance, are subject to clinic availability, and must be redeemed within the four-year Package term. Unused appointments do not roll over from year to year and have no cash value. The Package is non-refundable once purchased, except where required by the Australian Consumer Law; if the eligible device is returned for a full refund within any applicable cooling-off period, the Package will also be cancelled and refunded.
  • Amplifon may decline a replacement where it reasonably suspects the claim is fraudulent, where the loss or damage was caused intentionally by the customer, or where the device has been altered, serviced or repaired by a person other than Amplifon or someone authorised by Amplifon. In the case of a lost or damaged device, Amplifon may require the customer to provide a statutory declaration attesting to the circumstances of the loss or damage as a condition of assessing a replacement claim. In this case, the customer will bear the cost of the statutory declaration. This replacement entitlement is provided as a contractual benefit of the Package and is not a contract of insurance.
  • If for any reason any aspect of this Offer is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, Amplifon may, in its sole discretion and subject to applicable laws, modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Offer.
  • Any guarantee or warranty given is in addition to any relevant statutory guarantees and warranties and nothing in these Conditions of Claim restricts, excludes or modifies or purports to restrict, exclude or modify any statutory consumer rights under any applicable law including the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).
  • The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person's negligence or wilful misconduct) in connection with taking part in the Offer or accepting or using any benefit provided under the Offer (including the Package). For the sake of clarity, this clause shall not apply where the Promoter has contributed to or caused such loss, expense, damage, personal injury or death and shall not apply to any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in each case the Promoter’s liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).

 

(13)  EOFY 2026 Your Choice Offer

  • The discount schedule for HSP clients purchasing technology under a Private sale, is as follows: 
    o Save up to $4,875 on level 5+ device purchase
    o Save up to $4,775 on level 5 device purchase
    o Save up to $4,225 on level 4 device purchase
    o Save up to $2,750 on level 3 device purchase
    o Save up to $1,750 on level 2+ device purchase
  • Discount amounts stated above are for binaural (i.e. double) hearing aids. Customers who purchase a monoaural (i.e. single) hearing aid, will receive half of the discount outlined above. 
  • Eligible Your Choice purchases made between 1 June and 30 June 2026 are eligible to upgrade to a Care and Protection Package, as outlined in clause 12. Package inclusions vary between Amplifon and Amplifon Retail clinics.
  • Device must be purchased between 1st June to 30th June 2026.

(14) Transferred Customers - 40% Off Any Device 

  • Offer starts 23/7/25 and ends 31/5/26. 
  • Offer only available to previous customers who choose to transfer back to an Amplifon clinic.  
  • Receive 40% off any level hearing device. Excluding devices eligible under the Australian Government Hering Services Program.  
  • Eligible technology includes: GN ReSound & APL powered by GN ReSound, Oticon & APL powered by Oticon.  
  • If you are part of the Australian Government Hearing Services Program, this discount will be applied on your top up contribution. Subject to HSP conditions and terms. 
  • Discount amounts stated above are for binaural (i.e. double) hearing aids. Customers who purchase a monoaural (i.e. single) hearing aid, will receive half of the discount outlined above. 
  • Available in store at any Amplifon clinic in Australia.

(15)  RFPA NSW Members Offer

  • Offers available to active membership holders of the Retired and Former Police Association of NSW.
    Comprehensive hearing assessment at no cost 

1. Clients eligible for full or partial reimbursement under the Australian Government Hearing Services Program will be funded the appointment so there is no cost to the client. Conditions apply to clients under the Australian Government Hearing Services Program. 

2. Private clients with an active RFPA membership will receive a comprehensive hearing assessment free of charge 

           20% discount 

1. 20% discount excludes devices fully subsidised by the Australian Government Hearing Services Program (HSP). 

2. For HSP eligible clients, the 20% discount will apply to the balance owing on devices once any applicable HSP funding is applied.   

  • Valid for one fitting per person.

(16) Pioneer Program 

  • Must complete the Pioneer Program, “completion” means satisfactory completion of the first Pioneer Program appointment, been fitted with a trial device and finalised the trial 
  • Must have completed the program within 4-weeks of the first appointment

AMPLIFON - Care and Protection Package at no cost

  • With the purchase of an Eligible Hearing Device, customers can choose to upgrade to Amplifon’s four-year Premium Care and Protection Package (“Package”) at no cost before 30 June.
  • The package cannot be added to a previous purchase, purchased separately, or transferred to another person or device.
  • The Package runs for four (4) years from the date the package is purchased. Over that period, it provides:
    o a clean and check appointment at an Amplifon clinic in Australia, including cleaning the devices with alcohol swabs, checking that they are in good working order, and changing or replacing tubes, domes or receivers as required – once every six (6) months;

    o a 30-minute appointment with an Amplifon audiologist at an Amplifon clinic in Australia, including a hearing test, resetting or readjustment of the devices in the event of a change in hearing, and the change or replacement of tubes, domes or receivers as required – once a year;

    o 15-minute telehealth appointments with an Amplifon audiologist, conducted by telephone, for matters reasonably relating to the Eligible Hearing Device purchased under the Package - these are not a substitute for an in-clinic assessment where one is clinically indicated – once every six (6) months;

    o a replacement device entitlement if a device is lost, damaged or otherwise needs replacing, with a 100% discount on the device’s RRP during the two (2) years of the Package, and a 40% discount on the device’s RRP during the third and fourth years;

      §  The replacement device entitlement is limited to one replacement per device per Package lifetime (4 years).

      §  The replacement will be a new device of the same or lower technology level (and, where available, from the same manufacturer).
  • a 30% discount on Amplifon-branded and Amplifon-supplied hearing device accessories purchased from an Amplifon clinic in Australia for the duration of the Package (the discount does not apply to hearing devices themselves, to third-party retail purchases, or to items already on sale or otherwise discounted);
  • for rechargeable devices, an Amplifon device charger; or for battery-operated (non-rechargeable) devices, a supply of batteries capped at a maximum of ten packs of batteries per year for the duration of the Package;
  • a complimentary AmpliDry unit to store, dehumidify and clean the devices; and
  • priority repair turnaround for Package holders, with a loan device made available where reasonably possible while devices are sent away for repair (subject to manufacturer turnaround times, parts availability and clinic loan stock).
