Refer a friend and you could be rewarded

At Amplifon, we are passionate about helping people understand how important it is to regularly check their hearing health. We're offering a voucher for you and friends that you refer for a hearing test that are new to Amplifon and over 60. Once they've completed a hearing test you will both receive up to $50 in e-gift cards to spend at one of over 100 retailers or charities*. If the appointment is attended by the 31st of October the rewards will be doubled, and you could recieve a $100 voucher.

Please follow these step by step directions

Step 1

Be refered by a friend who is an Amplifon client. Make sure you know your friend's Amplifon client code or mobile number as a reference. You must be new to Amplifon*.

Step 2

Book and attend your free hearing check. If you don't have any hearing loss, you will recieve a $20 e-gift voucher. If you are eligible to attend an appointment with a clinician and you attend within 10 days of your initial screening, you will get a $500 voucher. If the appointment is attended by the 31st of October the rewards will be doubled to either a $40 or $100 e-geft voucher.

Step 3

Once the hearing assessment is completed, you and the person who referred you will receive a $20 or $50 e-gift voucher based on the appointment attended. If the appointment is attended by the 31st of October the rewards will be doubled to either a $40 or $100 e-geft voucher. Voucher will be sent via SMS or email and may take up to 4 weeks to arrive.

The reward you and your friend receive is based on the appointment type attended. Follow the flowchart at right to understand which reward you will be eligible for. If the appointment is attended by the 31st of October the rewards will be doubled.

Funding Options Available at Amplifon

The Australian Government Hearing Services Program manages the delivery of subsidised hearing aids to eligible clients. Talk to us to understand your eligibility and funding options.

*Both parties must provide a valid mobile number or email address to be eligible. The referred person must be new to Amplifon and over the age of 60. Amplifon reserves the right to change or end the program without notice.

Terms and Conditions

“Ambassador” will refer to an existing Amplifon customer, “Friend” will refer to the referred person who is not an existing Amplifon customer
Ambassador can refer up to 10 Friends. Friend can only be referred by one Ambassador.
Voucher amount is based on eligibility criteria.
$20 e-voucher
 o This applies to those (and their ambassador) who attend a 15-minute hearing screening OR those to attend a 15-minute hearing screening and a 1-hour hearing assessment 11+ days from the screening.
 o If the appointment is attended by the 31st of October a $40 voucher will be issued instead
$50 e-voucher
 o This applies to those (and their ambassador) who are eligible to attend a 1-hour hearing assessment, and attend within 10 days of the 15-minute screening assessment. 1-hour hearing assessment eligibility is subject to the discretion of Amplifon following suspected or identified hearing loss.
 o If the appointment is attended by the 31st of October a $100 voucher will be issued instead
Friend must provide Ambassador’s full name and phone number OR unique client code at the time of their appointment to be linked to Ambassador’s profile.
Ambassador and Friend must provide a valid mobile number or email address to keep on file in order to receive e-voucher.
Friend must be new to Amplifon (no appointment attended within the previous 2 years) and over the age of 60.
Amplifon Group staff members are not eligible to participate.
The e-voucher cannot be redeemable for cash.

Amplifon reserves the right to change or end the program without prior notice.
We reserve the right to exclude any person from the program AND cancel e-vouchers if we reasonably believe they have misused it, including by making multiple visits to obtain additional vouchers, providing false or misleading information, or otherwise seeking a benefit outside the eligibility criteria.
