The Amplifon AmpliCard is valid for 4 years from date of purchase. Amplifon AmpliCard is to be purchased within 30 days from the hearing aid fitting.
1. Discount on accessories will be available for the duration of the Amplifon AmpliCard.
2. Amplifon will offer a hearing aid clean and check at an Amplifon clinic in Australia every six months. This includes cleaning hearing aids using alcohol swabs and checking to ensure hearing aids are in good working condition, change and replace tubes/domes/receivers as needed.
3. Additional charger included with the purchase of rechargeable devices/OR battery supply included. Maximum 10 packs of batteries per year for battery operated hearing aids.
4. The hearing Aid Care Plan includes a 30 min appointment with an Amplifon audiologist at an Amplifon clinic in Australia only. Includes a hearing test, resetting and/or readjustment of hearing aids in case of change in hearing, change and replacement of tubes/domes/or receivers as needed. Appointment with the audiologist every 12 months for the duration of the cards is included.
5. Hearing Aid replacement: We will replace your hearing aids if they are lost, damaged, or for any other reason with a like for like new device with the following discount: 1st and 2nd year – 100% discount on RRP, 3rd and 4th year – 40% discount on the RRP.
6. PerfectDry Lux is a product used to store, dehumidify and clean hearing aids.
7. Telehealth Appointment consists of a 15-minute appointment with an Amplifon audiologist. Two free of charge appointments included per year. Telehealth appointments available over the phone to assist where needed regarding the hearing aids purchased with the AmpliCard plan.
8. We will prioritise the hearing aids repairs for a quicker turn around for AmpliCard Total card holders. Loan devices will be available where possible when hearing aids are sent away for repairs.
