(1) A formal quote of the same product must be shown within 30 days. Quote must be from an Australian retailer. Quotes fromonline retailers do not qualify
(2) Offer available on hearing aids from a higher technology level than the Hearing Services Program (HSP) range (Eligible Products). For HSP customers, 25% discount will apply to the balance owing on Eligible Products once any applicable HSP funding is applied. Offeravailable for the duration of the Bupa and Amplifon partnership.This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
(3) Discount available on any in-store hearing offer at Bupa Optical & Hearing or Amplifon stores for the duration of the Bupa and Amplifon partnership.
(4) Payment plans are offered either through HUMM or Etika, and are based on HUMM and T&Cs and eligibility criteria.
(5) Amplifon reserves the right to refuse to refund hearing aids where the hearing aids or parts have not been returned, damaged or lost. Refund will be amount paid by client including any discounts or contributions.
