1 Free trial is available to private customers only. Subject to a hearing assessment with hearing loss identified. Trial is up to 14 days. In the event that the hearing aid/s are damaged or not returned, Amplifon reserves the right to charge the client up to 100% of the value of the device/s
2 HSP clients are eligible for 30% off the total price if they choose to top-up to the next level of technology from the HSP range. Clients required to pay the balance after HSP funding has been applied
4 A formal quote of the same product must be shown within 30 days. Quote must be from an Australian retailer. Quotes from online retailers do not qualify
6 Payment plans are offered through HUMM & based on HUMM T&C’s & eligibility criteria
