When your friend prioritises their hearing, you will both be rewarded

When you refer a friend to attend an eligible appointment, you both receive a $50 e-voucher within 4 weeks. You can refer up to 5 friends, meaning you could earn up to $250!

This is our way of saying thank you to our valued cleints, and help more Australains take control of their hearing health.

Please ensure you read the following step by step guide

Step 1

Refer friends aged 60+. Ask your friend to mention your Amplifon client code or mobile number as a reference. Your friend must be new to Amplifon*.

Step 2

Your friend must start with a free 15-minute hearing screening. If hearing loss is identified, your friend will be eligible to proceed to the next step. In no hearing loss identified, friend will not be eligible to proceed to the next step.

Step 3

Your friend must attend a 60-minute complete hearing assessment with a qualified clinician. There is no cost for this appointment.

Step 4

Once the hearing assessment is completed, you and your friend will be eligible for the $50 e-voucher. Vouchers will be sent by SMS or email, and may take up to 4 weeks to arrive.

We're passionate about helping people understand how important it is to regularly check their hearing health. Visit your Amplifon home clinic to get your unique client code that you can share with friends and family over 60. Once they've attended a hearing screening and assessment, you could both receive a $50 e-voucher to spend at one of over 100 retailers or charities. You can refer up to 5 friends aged 60 or over, earning up to $250 in rewards, plus each friend receives a $50 e-voucher!*

*Both parties must provide a valid mobile number or email address to be eligible. The referred person must be new to Amplifon and over the age of 60. Amplifon reserves the right to change or end the program without notice.

Terms and Conditions

“Ambassador” will refer to an existing Amplifon customer, “Friend” will refer to the referred person who is not an existing Amplifon customer
Ambassador can refer up to 5 Friends. Friend can only be referred by one Ambassador.
Ambassador and friend will receive $50 each person, when the Friend does all of the following:

LINK TO AMBASSADOR: The Friend provides the Ambassador’s full name and phone number, or unique client code, at the time attending the appointment so the referral can be linked to the Ambassador’s profile
ATTEND SCREENING: The Friend attends an initial 15-min hearing screening at a participating Amplifon clinic. If no hearing loss is identified, you will not be eligible to proceed to the next step. If hearing loss is identified, you will be eligible to proceed to the next step.
ATTEND ASSESSMENT: The Friend must attend a full hearing assessment.

Hearing assessment is subject to screening appointment completed with hearing loss and is not guaranteed.
Friend must provide Ambassador’s full name and phone number OR unique client code at the time of their appointment to be linked to Ambassador’s profile.
Ambassador and Friend must provide a valid mobile number or email address to keep on file in order to receive e-voucher. 
Friend must be new to Amplifon (no appointment attended within the previous 2 years) and over the age of 60. 
Amplifon Group staff members are not eligible to receive a $50 e-voucher.
The e-voucher cannot be redeemable for cash.
