What benefits do I receive when I choose Amplifon?

Benefits include a 5-year extended warranties with all hearing device purchases at no cost, free-trial periods of up to 30 days, 30-day satisfaction period, interest-free payment plans, device check-ups, adjustments, and free accessories like chargers and cleaning kits.

Can I try hearing aids before buying them?

Yes, Amplifon offers free hearing-aid trials of up to 30-days so you can experience devices at home before making a decision. The hearing aid trial is obligation free. We previously offered a free trial of up to 14 days, but this has now been extended to up to 30 days.

Does Amplifon offer personalised hearing solutions?

Yes, all solutions are tailored to your individual needs, lifestyle, and hearing goals.

What can I expect during my hearing journey with Amplifon?

You can expect personalised assessments, access to the latest technology, and expert long-term support.

Does Amplifon offer payment plans?

Yes, interest-free payment plans are available through Amplifon. Chat to your team at Amplifon about what options are available to you.

Does Amplifon offer any warranties?

Amplifon previously offered a 3-year manufacturer warranty. We are pleased to now offer a market-leading 5-year warranty with all hearing device purchases at no extra cost to you.

Service Card FAQs

If I purchase a Plus or Total Service Card, do I receive batteries?

Yes. If yu have purchased the Service Card for a battery operated device you’ll receive 10 packs of batteries each year (40 packs in total).

How do priority repairs work?

Eligible clients receive priority processing for repairs. Timelines vary by manufacturer.

Do I need a Service Card to avoid paying for appointments?

Appointments are free for 12 months after fitting. After that, fees may apply unless you have a Service Card.

What telehealth services are included with the Total Card?

Two 15-minute appointments per year.

How do I see my extended warranty details?

No additional action is required, your warranty updates automatically.

Can I change my Service Card type within 30 days?

Yes. Upgrades and downgrades are allowed within 30 days.

Can I cancel or exchange a Service Card?

Yes, within 30 days of purchase.
