The next chapter in your hearing care – Amplifon is becoming Audika

Exciting Updates About Your Hearing Care

We’d like to share some exciting news about your hearing care.

From 1 July, Amplifon and Hidden Hearing are coming together as one, under a new name: Audika.

Audika is already an established global hearing care brand, and by bringing our teams together under this name, we’re strengthening the care we offer and expanding our network of permanent hearing centres across the UK.

And while our name is changing, you can be confident that you’ll still receive expert and personalised hearing care that you can trust.

Audika: experts in personalised hearing care

We believe great hearing care isn’t one‑size‑fits‑all: it should fit seamlessly into your life.

Unlike some other providers, hearing care is all we do. We’re confident in the expert care we provide – and we want you to feel confident too.

As experts in hearing care, we understand just how important your hearing is, and what it means to people when they rediscover the sounds they love.

Audika is part of Demant, a global leader in hearing care, bringing together over 14,000 hearing care experts from across the UK and around the world.

By combining global expertise with local care, Audika are able to provide clinical excellence, advanced technology and state-of-the-art facilities to support you on your hearing journey.

What this means for you

Even though our name is changing, the things that matter most don’t - and you’ll also start to see the benefits of being part of a larger hearing care organisation:

  • Your clinic stays in the same location
  • In most cases, you’ll continue to see the same expert clinical team
  • Appointments, services and aftercare continue as normal
  • Your current hearing technology remains fully supported
  • Any existing warranties and aftercare arrangements will remain in place, administered by Audika.
  • Your hearing records remain secure and confidential
  • You’ll be supported by local clinic teams and UK‑based customer services

Over time, you may also notice:

  • A stronger Audika presence locally, helping reduce appointment waiting times
  • Greater choice of state‑of‑the‑art hearing technology
  • Increased investment in advanced testing and diagnostics

At Audika, we can adapt your care as your hearing needs evolve over time, with greater access, more choice and expert support.

During the transition

As we roll out the Audika name across the UK, some clinics may temporarily continue to display Amplifon or Hidden Hearing signage. This is temporary and part of our transition plan.

Please rest assured:

  • You’re in the right place
  • Your records and care continue seamlessly
  • Our commitment to high‑quality hearing care remains unchanged

You may also meet some new team members, all working together to support you as part of Audika.

Temporary closure of Amplifon hearing centres

Between 27th June – midday 6th July, our Amplifon hearing centres will close temporarily while we upgrade our systems and prepare to welcome you as Audika.

If you have an appointment booked during this period, someone from our team will be in touch to find a suitable alternative date and time. If you need urgent support during the closure, please contact our customer services team – see details below in our FAQs.

Looking ahead

As Audika continues to grow in the UK, you may begin to see improvements in facilities, services and access to specialist support - giving you more choice and making it easier to get the care you need, when you need it

Over time, you may also notice:

  • A stronger Audika presence locally, helping reduce appointment waiting times
  • Greater choice of state of the art hearing technology
  • Increased investment in advanced testing and diagnostics
