These are the terms of the Miracle Ear d.b.a. Amplifon Canada Inc.’s (hereinafter referred to as “Amplifon Canada”) Refer a Friend program:

The referred individual must be a new customer to Amplifon.
To be eligible for the $10 Tim Hortons Gift Card*, the referred individual must complete a hearing test appointment. Please allow 1–2 weeks after the completed hearing test appointment for the gift card to be available at the clinic.
When the referred individual purchases a hearing solution valued at $1,000 or more, both the referred individual and the person making the referral will receive a Shoppers Drug Mart Gift Card**.
The referred individual will receive a $100 Shoppers Drug Mart Gift Card** upon completing the hearing aid purchase and the trial period.
The referrer will receive a tiered Shoppers Drug Mart Gift Card** reward based on the total number of referrals made, starting from April 2026 onwards.
Shoppers Drug Mart gift cards** will be available for pickup at the clinic. Please allow 4–6 weeks after the qualifying event of hearing aid purchase for processing.
The clinic will contact both the referred individual and the referrer when their gift cards are ready for pickup.
Void where prohibited or otherwise restricted by law.
Amplifon reserves the right to rescind and/or change this offer at any time.
