To protect everyone’s health, it's necessary to keep a distance of 6 feet away from one another in the clinic. We are now regulating the flow of clients and have marked a safety path with stickers on the floor.

All our clinics are equipped with disposable personal protective equipment, which will be worn by our staff and made available to you immediately upon entering.

During the visit, your hearing care professional will be wearing a face shield to ensure optimal safety. Your professional will also offer safety recommendations, so you can rest assured that you’re in good hands.

Are clinics open?

Currently, most of our clinics are open, but may have reduced hours. We are not accepting walk-ins at this moment in time.

Before going in, we recommend that you always contact your clinic by phone or at  1-888-309-0026 to find out the exact opening days and times and to make an appointment.

Can I book an appointment?

Yes, it's possible to book an appointment now and for the near future. Depending on the appointment need, our team will determine if it will be an in-person appointment or telehealth appointment. You can call your clinic direclty or 1-888-309-0026.

Upon entering our clinic, our staff member will offer you a mask to wear during your visit.

We remind you to go to our clinics equipped with a mask for your safety and that of our staff. Your Amplifon experts are equipped with masks, disposable gloves and hand sanitizer.

Do I need an appointment?

Yes, you would need an appointment to visit one of our clinics as we are not taking any walk-ins at this moment in time.

Is it safe to get my hearing tested?

Your hearing test will be performed following all proper hygiene protocols and will be exclusive and personal, with only you and your hearing care professional.

In addition, our professionals are equipped with personal protective equipment including the usage of a face shield. And all our environments and tools are thoroughly sanitized in between each appointment.

What if there's an issue with my hearing aid?
