Professional Experience

John has many years of customer service and sales experience in a multitude of industries before starting to work with Amplifon Canada in June 2018. He started in the hearing industry in 2014 in Ontario. He then made the move across the country to British Columbia in 2015 to dispense hearing aids. 

Credentials

John is a graduate from the University of Waterloo with a Bachelor of Science with a major in Biology. He obtained his Hearing Instrument Specialist diploma from George Brown College in 2015. John also has his cerumen management certificate which he obtained in 2017.

John enjoys learning about and staying up to date with today's cutting edge hearing aid technology. He enjoys engaging with customers to find solutions for those struggling with hearing loss and improving their lives with the gift of better hearing.
