Originally from the UK, Amanda has a background in engineering. In 2008, she made a career change and took an administrative position where she gained 3 years of industry related experience prior to joining the Ampli-Fam in 2016.

Credentials

Amanda has a Bachelor of Engineering in mechanical engineering that she achieved in the UK. She also has Customer Service certification from the Bloom Academy and Front Desk Academy.

Kaitlyn is a licensed Hearing Instrument Dispenser with the Association of Hearing Instrument Practitioners of Ontario. Her focus is on creating a welcoming atmosphere for the local community and delivering exceptional client care.

Credentials

Kaitlyn attended Western University where she earned a Bachelor of Health Science degree, with an Honours Specialization in Health Science. She then attended Conestoga College where she earned her Hearing Instrument Specialist diploma, graduating with High Distinction. In her final year, she received the Bernafon Canada Alan D. Moore award.
