- The person being referred must be a new customer to Amplifon.
- For both parties to be eligible for the reward, the referred friend or family member must provide Amplifon with the following information at the time of booking their hearing assessment:
the Full Name of the person who referred them, the Referrer’s Phone Number, and the Amplifon Clinic the referrer visits.
- To be eligible for the $10 Tim Hortons* gift card, the referred individual must complete a hearing test appointment.
The referrer may inquire at the clinic 1–2 weeks after the referred person’s completed hearing test to receive their Tim Hortons gift card.
- When the referred friend purchases a hearing aid solution valued at $1,000 or more:
a) The referred friend receives a $100 Shoppers Drug Mart** Gift Card after completing their hearing aid trial period.
b) The referrer receives a tiered Shoppers Drug Mart** Gift Card based on the total number of referrals made, starting from April 2026 onwards.
- The Shoppers Drug Mart gift** cards will be available for pickup at the clinic.
Please allow 4–6 weeks after the qualifying event for them to be ready. The clinic will contact both the referrer and the referred person to arrange pickup.
- The referred person becomes eligible for their reward after completing the trial period for their hearing aids.
- Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Amplifon reserves the right to change or cancel this offer at any time.
