I attended 'Gentle Clinical Pilates' with Sarah yesterday morning. What a great class. Sarah was clearly extremely knowledgeable but she was also super friendly, with a great taste in music too. Sarah asked everyone which areas they wanted to work on and adjusted exercises along the way to cater for every requirement. I also really liked the fact that Sarah gave very clear instructions as to how to do each exercise and walked around the room to ensure we were all in precisely the correct position to gain full advantage. It was a hugely enjoyable class with a highly competent instructor and a warm and friendly vibe. Highly recommended.

Have been attending Pilates at the Total Therapy Studio for quite a long time. Love the classes, which is why I’ve been going for so long. Sarah is a great teacher and always corrects you if you’re not doing the move right. Have been to other classes and they’re all good, really something for everyone. Small friendly classes with a mix of abilities. Would thoroughly recommend trying them.
