Amplifon is the leader at a global level in terms of volume of business, turnover, extent of the distribution network and geographical distribution as illustrated by a few very significant figures: - In 2006 Amplifon sold about 564,000 products and had a consolidated revenue of 613 million euros.
- In a market which is extremely fragmented and heterogeneous Amplifon is the only global group thanks to its presence in 13 different countries, in most cases as the market leader in terms of the volume of sales and market share.
- Amplifon is present in 13 different countries: Italy, USA, The Netherlands, France, Spain, Portugal, Switzerland, Hungary, Germany, UK, Ireland, Canada and Egypt.
- The extremely extensive distribution network consists of 2,900 points of sale, 3,700 authorised centres, and 3,600 hearing-aid specialists in 13 countries.
