The Group of Amplifon is present in various territories with different companies and brands. |
All companies of the Group are fully controlled by Amplifon, the group leader, while maintaining the original names and trademarks recognized by their clients.
In fact, Amplifon's organisational philosophy aims at giving maximum emphasis to local characteristics. Therefore, the company must be able to think globally but act locally, i.e. to be able to understand the local needs of clients, in order to fully meet them.
All operative activities and the main company functions are entrusted to the group's companies and their managements: commercial, accounting and finance, logistics and personnel functions.
Several international control and policy functions are concentrated on a group leader level: strategy, marketing and institutional communication, investors relations, information systems, relations with suppliers and key partners, promotion of research in the audiology sphere, quality policy and human resources policy.
