The company systems and all Amplifon activities are based on the principles of good governance with a view to maximising value for shareholders on one hand and guaranteeing complete transparency in the management of the company on the other. |
The "corporate governance" system used by the company is in line with the principles set out in the "Code of Self-Discipline for Listed Companies" proposed by the Committee for the Corporate Governance of Listed Companies, which includes the recommendations of Consob on this subject and examples of "best practice" taken from national and international contexts.
