Hearing Aid Terms and Conditions

All quotations are made and orders accepted subject to the following terms and benefits and are in addition to your statutory rights which remain unaffected*. The term "hearing aid" refers to monaural or binaural fittings.

1.         Rehabilitation Consultation

With the fitting of every new hearing aid, a period of rehabilitation is necessary. As part of our commitment to providing you with continuing aftercare, we undertake to provide you with further personal consultations after the fitting of your hearing aid at no additional charge to you. Such consultations will assess your progress and offer any further assistance that may be required. These further consultations will be arranged with you or they may be  arranged by telephoning our Support Office as detailed below.

2.         30 Day Money Back Guarantee

Your hearing aid is supplied to you with the full benefit of our 30 Day Money Back Guarantee of Satisfaction. If you are dissatisfied with your hearing aid you may return it to us within 30 days of the date of fitting. We will refund the price of the hearing aid(s)in full, once all items are returned to Amplifon: including hearing aid(s), accessories and batteries. You will be liable for the cost of all items that are damaged or not returned within the 30 days from date of fitting. Your rights to obtain a refund or repair of your hearing aid(s) in the event of you being supplied with a faulty hearing aid(s) are not restricted.

3.         Up to 45% off a pair of Digital Hearing Aids

Offer valid until 31st December 2016. Discount valid on a pair of digital hearing aids. Up to 45% discount available on the Platinum product range. Up to 40% discount available on the Diamond product range and up to 20% discount available on the Gold product range. Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount.

4.         Black Friday promotion

Free Hearing Aid Service Check

Free hearing aid service checks booked on Friday 25th November will need to attend an appointment between 25th November and 2nd December 2016 to benefit from our Black Friday Package Deal. Appointments are subject to availability and only 1 appointment per person. A free packet of batteries will be given at every appointment attended between this period. Up to 45% discount available on a pair of digital hearing aids. Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount.

Assisitive Listening Devices

Promotion is only valid Friday 25th November. Orders can only be placed on on this day to benefit from the dicsount available. Promotion is only valid on slected products whilst stocks last. Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount. 30 day money back guarantee is available on Amplicomms products.
