You can expect to find an expert Audiologist at every one of our stores throughout the UK who have the scientific knowledge and human touch so your loved one can experience how we can enrich their personal and social interactions with the world around them.
We have also partnered with local opticians and chemists to create a number of hearing care centres giving them access to one of our expert Audiologists in their local area.
Our Audiologists are fully qualified and registered with the Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC) which only registers professionals who meet its standards for training, professional skills and behaviour. These include a two-year foundation degree or equivalent in hearing aid audiology.
Our Audiologists have regular access to the latest pioneering hearing technology which allows them to provide personalised hearing solutions just for your loved one with full advice and support for the lifetime of their hearing needs. Recognising the environments and situations where they find hearing most challenging is where our experts can explain and discuss what level of hearing they have and their expectations for the future.
Our experts are highly trained to identify key medical conditions and refer them to an appropriate medical specialist, where necessary.
During the hearing test, if the Audiologist has any health concerns about the medical condition of their ears, they will refer to your loved one to the local GP or to an Ear, Nose & Throat (ENT) specialist.
The local Audiologist is available to help, advise and support them with any hearing related questions they may have ensuring they feel confident in knowing the next steps.
