We have also partnered with local opticians and chemists to create a further local access for our customer to expert Audiologists.
Our Audiologists are fully qualiﬁed and registered with the Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC) which only registers professionals who meet its standards for training, professional skills and behaviour. These include a two-year foundation degree or equivalent in hearing aid audiology.
Our Audiologists have regular access to the latest pioneering hearing technology which allows them to provide personalised hearing solutions just for you with full advice and support for the lifetime of your hearing needs. Recognising the environments and situations where you find hearing most challenging is where our experts can explain and discuss what level of hearing you have and your expectations for the future.
Our experts are highly trained to identify key medical conditions and refer you to an appropriate medical specialist, where necessary.
During your hearing test, if your Audiologist has any health concerns about the medical condition of your ears, they will refer to your local GP or to an Ear, Nose & Throat (ENT) specialist.
